
Privo Land Limited are holding a public consultation to introduce the emerging proposals for a residential development on a parcel of land at The Chase, Thundersley. (highlighted on the site map to the left in red)
It is surrounded by several housing developments, and it is within walking distance from several local amenities and local bus routes.
Thank you to everyone who attended and gave their feedback on our proposals at our public exhibition event on Monday 30th June 2025 at Runnymede Hall. We will now begin reviewing the feedback and continuing to work on the proposals ahead of a planning application submission in September.
